Terms of sale.

The rules for buying and using a Solver. Plain language for the consumer parts, precise wording where the law asks for it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The product

Solver products consist of a magnetic button attachment for the back of a smartphone or its case.

Works with most flat plastic, silicone, or metal surfaces.
Not suitable for leather, fabric, or textured materials.
Requires proper installation for best results.

Solver bears no responsibility for issues caused by incompatible surfaces or improper installation.

2. Intended use

Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Solver is not liable for:

Device damage caused by misuse.
Adhesion loss on unsuitable surfaces.
Indirect or incidental damages from product use.

Users assume all risk associated with product use.

3. Orders and payment

Prices appear in the applicable currency at checkout, including taxes unless noted otherwise. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers. Solver does not access or store full payment information. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment completion.

4. Shipping and delivery

Processing within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery in approximately 4 to 8 business days, depending on destination.
A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Under European consumer law:

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be in original packaging and condition.
Used, attached, or applied products are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

6. Warranty

Solver provides a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Coverage excludes:

Damage from misuse or improper installation.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by incompatible surfaces.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and concepts belong exclusively to Solver. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use requires prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Solver bears no liability for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Data loss, revenue loss, or device damage.
Damages resulting from improper product use.

Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms follow French law and EU regulations. Consumers in the EU retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Consumers outside the EU retain the mandatory rights of their applicable jurisdiction. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

10. Changes to these terms

Solver may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. We will not retroactively apply new terms to an order placed under previous ones.
