These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of products sold by Solver through our website or any authorized sales platform.
By placing an order or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Product Description
Solver products include a magnetic button designed to attach to the back of a smartphone or phone case.
- Compatible with most flat plastic, silicone, or metal surfaces
- Not recommended for leather, fabric, or textured materials
- Proper installation is required for optimal performance
Solver is not responsible for issues resulting from incompatible surfaces or incorrect installation.
2. Intended Use
The product is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Solver shall not be held responsible for:
- Damage to devices caused by improper use
- Loss of adhesion due to unsuitable surfaces
- Indirect or incidental damage resulting from product use
Use of the product is at the customer’s own risk.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Solver does not store or have access to full payment information.
Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on destination
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays, which are the responsibility of the customer
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
In accordance with European consumer law:
- Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
- Products that have been used, attached, or applied are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To initiate a return, customers must contact support before returning any product.
6. Warranty
Solver products include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incompatible surfaces
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, product concepts, and related materials are the exclusive property of Solver.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solver shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or device damage
- Damages resulting from improper use of the product
Solver’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations.
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you benefit from all mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer residing outside the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mandatory rights granted under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the purchase or use of Solver products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
10. Changes to These Terms
Solver reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
