Your data is yours.

This page explains what Solver collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the controls you have. We aim for plain language. Where the law asks for precision, we keep the precision.

1. Who we are

Solver AI Inc. (Miami, United States) and Solver SAS (Levallois-Perret, France) operate the Solver app, the Murmur agent, the Solver button, and the website at solvertouch.com. In this document, "Solver", "we", "us" and "our" refer to these entities. You can reach our privacy team at admin@solvertouch.com.

2. What we collect

You give us

  • Account details: email, optional name, optional avatar.
  • Messages and notes you send to Murmur, including voice recordings.
  • Order and shipping details if you buy a Solver button.
  • Anything you write to us through contact channels.

We collect automatically

  • Device type, app version, operating system, language.
  • Anonymized IP address and approximate region, for security and abuse prevention.
  • Diagnostic logs when something crashes or fails.

You activate explicitly

  • Precise location, only when you turn on a feature that needs it (for example, sending your position or recording a witness clip).
  • Calendar, contacts, or third-party connectors, only after you grant access in-app.

3. How we use it

  • To run Murmur: transcribe your voice, remember context, perform the actions you ask for.
  • To deliver and support your Solver button order.
  • To improve the product: fix bugs, measure performance, identify what's broken.
  • To keep accounts safe: detect fraud, abuse, and intrusion attempts.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your conversations with Murmur for advertising.

4. AI processing and voice

Voice recordings are transcribed by a trusted speech-to-text provider under contract with us and stored inside your personal account. Murmur builds a personal memory of your preferences using vector embeddings. That memory belongs to your account. You can review, edit, or delete any item in-app.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data with technology partners strictly to operate the service:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers (for storage and compute).
  • A trusted speech-to-text provider (for voice transcription).
  • Payment processors (for orders).
  • Email and customer support tooling.

Each partner is bound by a data processing agreement and operates under its own privacy policy. We pick partners that meet at least the same privacy standards we hold ourselves to.

6. International transfers

Solver operates from the United States and France. Data may be transferred between these regions. For transfers from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use Standard Contractual Clauses as the legal mechanism.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your conversations, notes, voice recordings, and memory within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain specific records (for example, invoice history).

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can: access your data, correct it, export it, and delete it. Most controls are one tap inside the app. For anything else, write to admin@solvertouch.com.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you additional rights, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

9. Children

Solver is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will erase the account.

10. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small number of staff under strict need-to-know rules and is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours close to it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process personal data in a way that materially affects you, we will let you know in-app and by email before the change takes effect.
